It begins...

Many years ago, two friends started getting together and playing with cocktails. As things often do, they started out quite simple. A basic GnT here, an Old Fashioned there... nothing much to speak of. Then came the book on Bitters and things changed. Homemade bitters led to shrubs, which in turn turned into dehydrated fruit garnishes and clear ice.

This blog is for those people who love to play with tastes, drink in the name of science, and can't think of anything better than friends, food, and a fantastic cocktail. We hope you enjoy this as much as we enjoy trying it out!
